“The Trilogy Center for Women (TCW) is the culmination of years of planning and development. The recovery model, which is the key element of the program at Trilogy, is based on extensive research and represents a best practice in the field of addictions. It became clear years ago that short-term treatment programs for women, while an important component of the recovery process, simply could not provide the long-term benefit of the model offered through a recovery program. In order to provide a lifetime of safety, sobriety and self-sufficiency needed for substance abusing women to have fulfilling and non-addictive lifestyles, a program such as the TCW was absolutely critical. The TCW is truly a combination of my dreams come true and an answer to my prayers.” – David Ptaszek, Trilogy Center for Women Chief Executive Officer.

David Ptaszek is a licensed clinical social worker who serves as the Executive Director of the Pennyroyal Center, which serves eight counties in western Kentucky. Mr. Ptaszek is originally from Illinois, and received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Loyola School of Social Work in Chicago, Illinois. Professionally, he had focused on direct services to children and persons with addictions prior to becoming a full time administrator. Mr. Ptaszek’s wife, Barbara, is the Chief Financial Officer for the Pennyroyal Hospice. The couple, who now call Kentucky home, are the parents of three adult children who reside across the United States.

“I consider it a blessing and an honor to be a part of the Trilogy Center for Women. As the child of a recovering addict I know first hand the affects that alcohol and drugs have on individuals as well as their families. It has always been my goal to work with those suffering from addiction and to help them see that they can have the life they have always dreamed of and much more.”  - Tiffany Bolinger, Trilogy Recovery Program Coordinator

Mrs. Bolinger is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. She obtained her Masters of Arts in Education degree from Western Kentucky University and her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. She and her husband have one son.

"It is an honor and privilege to be a member of the Trilogy Team.  The residents and my co-workers are a joy to be around.  For a house full of women, you may think chaos, but it is not.  Sharing with the ladies about my past, and how I've gotten to where I am today is a testiment that recovery does work if you are willing to work at it". -- Mable Clark, Phase I Coordinator

Ms. Clark is a 2003 graduate of Christian County Drug Court and has been a volunteer at Volta Aftercare Program for three years.  Ms. Clark is the mother of 3 adult children and five grandchildren.  She also has custody of four children ages 16, 9, 5, and 4 who were placed with her, as a result of their guardian using drugs and alcohol.

“ I am truly grateful to be working at Trilogy because I really have compassion for these women and what they are trying to accomplish.  My goal is to help them as much as I can to live better lives, to try and compensate for their past and to look forward to a brighter future.”  -- Sasha Catlett, Trilogy Case Manager and Transitional Coordinator

Ms. Catlett has a Bachelor’s of Independent Studies with a concentration in Human Services from Murray State University and an Associates of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.  She and her husband reside in Hopkinsville and they have one son.

"I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Trilogy Center for Women and to be a part of the women’s lives on their recovery journey.
